Ashley Trotto Speaks at Tennessee School Boards Association

Ashley Trotto was recently invited to give a presentation for the Tennessee School Board Association (TSBA) at its annual employment law seminar. On March 18, she spoke to school board representatives on the application of the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate to Tennessee schools. Attendees included several superintendents, school board members, human resource managers, and school board general counsel.
