Jim Gore to Present on KBA Webinar for Landlord-Tenant Law Related to COVID-19

Jim Gore will be a presenting panel member speaking on Landlord-Tenant Law and the implications of COVID-19 and the CARES Act as part of “A Discussion About Landlord-Tenant Law,” a virtual webinar sponsored by the Knoxville Bar Association on June 24, 2020. The program will be the first in a new series of Virtual Discussion Groups for KBA members, and will discuss the emerging challenges and opportunities in Landlord-Tenant Law and the implications of the CARES Act, and will identify areas that may experience a boon once a version of normal life resumes.
