Marshall Peterson appointed ACTEC Tennessee State Chair

Knoxville lawyer Marshall H. Peterson, currently practicing with Kennerly, Montgomery & Finley, PC, was recently appointed Tennessee State Chair for the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC). ACTEC is a nonprofit association of more than 2500 lawyers and law professors (“Fellows”) who focus on estate planning and related areas. Fellows are elected based on their reputations, experience, and substantial contributions to the field.
