Marshall Peterson Presents at the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC)

Marshall Peterson will present  at  The American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Southern Region meeting in Memphis, Tennessee on April 26-28. He will be presenting on the topic of “Planning for Clients Who Win the Lottery, Inherit, Liquidate a Business, or Otherwise Come Into Wealth.”

ACTEC (www.actec.org) is a national organization of more than 2,500 lawyers and law professors peer-elected to membership. Members, who are called “Fellows,” have years of experience representing and advising individuals and families in trust and estate practice. Marshall has been a Fellow since 2005.
