E. RICHARDS BRABHAM, III graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a major in Psychology and minor in English in 1999 and earned in J.D from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. Mr. Brabham is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. Brabham is also an active member of The Episcopal Church of the Ascension and the Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club. His primary areas of practice for both corporate and individual clients include general business, real estate, corporate and commercial litigation and transactions, estate planning and probate administration, collections, municipal and governmental law, property owners association law, and consumer protection. Mr. Brabham serves as general counsel for a number of condominium owners associations and homeowners associations. Mr. Brabham’s practical experience includes resolution of real estate title defects and lien priority disputes. Mr. Brabham also has extensive experience in the protection and enforcement of creditor rights and remedies in both state and federal courts, including judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures, domestication of foreign judgments, evictions, bank levy and garnishment proceedings, repossession of collateral, attachment and recovery of personal property, and pursuit of claims against decedents’ estates.
