REBECCA BRAKE MURRAY is engaged in civil litigation and insurance defense practice with specific emphasis in the area of employment law and nursing home litigation defense. She is also a TN Sup. Ct. Rule 31 Listed Mediator. Mrs. Murray is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S. 1971), Case Western Reserve University (M.S. 1978) and the University of Tennessee (J.D. 1985). She attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where she was an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association (Employment Law Section), Defense Research Institute and is Past President of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
