JONATHAN H. PEYTON graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts (Doctor of Jurisprudence 2003). While at Suffolk University, he served as the Associate Executive Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review. Before law school, Mr. Peyton attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi where he received a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business Administration (B.B.A. 1999 & M.B.A. 2000). Mr. Peyton practices in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial law, municipal and governmental law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Peyton is admitted to practice in the state of New York, Kentucky and Tennessee. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, as well as, the Tennessee and Kentucky Bar Associations.
