V. AUSTIN SHAVER received a B.S.Ed., summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in 2004. Mr. Shaver earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Shaver worked with the Volunteer Income Tax Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the Tennessee Innocense Project. Mr. Shaver is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association. He is a Sunday School teacher in the college ministry at First Baptist Church Concord.
