G. WENDELL THOMAS, JR. engages in a practice devoted primarily to commercial real estate transactions, the representation of municipal and governmental clients, the financing of HUD-insured multifamily and nursing home projects, and commercial litigation. Mr. Thomas has been involved in the acquisition, development, financing and/or sale of office buildings, shopping centers and apartment projects throughout the Southeast. Mr. Thomas' litigation experience includes disputes involving real estate, bankruptcy and other commercial transactions. Mr. Thomas attended the University of Tennessee (B.S. 1970) and the University of Tennessee Law School (J.D. 1977), where he was Order of the Coif and Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review.
