Kennerly Montgomery has attorneys experienced in assisting clients in navigating the hazards presented in today’s workplace. Our attorneys routinely deal with employment, civil rights, employee benefits, workers compensation, termination, and other workplace issues for our clients.

Our attorneys are skilled in litigation and can take a matter to trial or through the appellate courts as needed. We recognize, however, that often a litigation approach may not be the best solution to a client’s problem. Many clients want to resolve matters quickly and without the time and expense involved in litigation, and we work to identify and achieve our client’s goal and design programs to meet that client’s determination. We work with employers to maximize their ability to properly protect their companies by utilizing application screening for employment, mediation and/or arbitration of employment disputes, the right to establish policies regulating conduct in the workplace and to discipline employees, and the right to protect confidential and proprietary information and prevent unfair competition.
